1. Verantwortlicher

BitBlockLabs SRL, Stoinești Nr. 4, Com. Craiva, Jud. Arad, Rumänien.
E-Mail: info@bitblocklabs.org

5. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21). Schreiben Sie dafür an info@bitblocklabs.org.

Privacy policy for Nautilus Desk

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Controller

BitBlockLabs SRL, Stoinești Nr. 4, Com. Craiva, Jud. Arad, Romania.
Email: info@bitblocklabs.org

2. Scope

Nautilus Desk is the internal workspace of BitBlockLabs SRL. Only invited team members can use it, through a private network; there is no public sign-up. This policy describes which data is processed when you visit these pages and when you choose to connect a Google Drive.

3. Visiting these pages

These pages set no cookies and load no third-party fonts, scripts or analytics. To deliver a page, our server receives your IP address and your browser’s request details. The server keeps no access log for these pages; the data is not stored after delivery. The server is operated by BitBlockLabs SRL in Switzerland. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing these pages).

4. Connecting Google Drive (optional)

4.1 Data the desk receives from Google

  • The email address of your Google account (scopes openid and email).
  • Access only to files and folders the desk creates in your Drive (scope drive.file). The desk has no access to any other content of your Drive.

4.2 How the desk uses it

  • The email address shows in the desk which Google account is connected.
  • With file access, the desk creates a folder named “Nautilus Desk” in your Drive and stores copies of your own results there, for example images from the image workshop and files you upload to the shared storage. The originals stay in the desk.
  • If you, as the ALLINDRA project administrator, choose your Drive as the project’s storage, the desk also stores the ALLINDRA workshop results there, including those of other team members.
  • The only things the desk reads from your Drive are the names and IDs of the folders and files it created itself, so it can find them again.

4.3 What is stored on our server

The email address, a Google refresh token (stored encrypted), and the IDs and links of the folders and files the desk created. The short-lived access token used for uploads is held in memory only. Storage is on a server operated by BitBlockLabs SRL in Switzerland.

4.4 No sharing

We do not share or sell data from Google accounts. We do not use it for advertising or to train AI models. Nobody at BitBlockLabs reads content from your Drive.

Nautilus Desk’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4.5 Disconnecting and deletion

“Trennen” (Disconnect) in the desk (Nautilus → Persönlich → Erstellt, “Google Drive” card) revokes the access at Google and immediately deletes the email address and token from our server. You can also remove the access in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/connections; the data still stored with us is then deleted with “Trennen” or on request by email. The files in your Drive belong to you and stay there until you delete them.

4.6 Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: you consent by connecting. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, as described in 4.5.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Write to info@bitblocklabs.org. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Romania this is the ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

6. Changes

If what the desk does with data from Google accounts changes, we update this policy before the change takes effect.
